YMCA Students Achieve Level One Award

YMCA Awards ImageA group of youngsters from the YMCA have recently achieved a Level one Award in Sports Leadership. This nationally recognised qualification, delivered by tutors from Lincoln City FC Sport and Education Trust, explores in depth the skills and qualities of leadership, tackles fair play in sport, and challenges students to plan, deliver and evaluate their own sports activities. As part of their qualification, the students planned and organised the activities for a football tournament held during the Easter holidays.
