Options
Credit/Debit Card – Please call our office on 01522 563792 (£1 small handling fee per transaction)
Booking form can now be completed at time of payment.
Cash – Please do not send cash in the post, office hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Cheque – Made payable to ‘Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust’
Terms & Conditions
All Holiday Course forms must be received at least one day before the date of the course.
Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of a completed booking form and payment.
If you wish to change your booking, a £2 administration fee will be incurred.
A voucher to the value of the holiday course will be issued on receipt of a written request at least one day prior to the commencement of the course should your child be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Holiday Course Requirements
All players will need to bring the following:
Packed lunch including drinks in plastic bottle
Shin pads and appropriate sports kit
Please bring trainers as an alternative, if you are unsure of the footwear policy
Subject to weather – Suncream, waterproofs, change of clothes, etc.
