Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust's Apprenticeship scheme for individuals aged 16-18 years includes an NVQ Level 2 in Activity Leadership (equivalent to 5 GCSE's grade A-C), City & Guilds Employability Awareness qualification, NCFE Level 2 in Principles and Preparations for Coaching Sport, NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, Key Skills Level 1 in Numeracy & Literacy and a First Aid qualification. All this during the 48 week apprenticeship, along with valuable hands-on experience by being actively involved in a diverse range of community projects which we deliver, also the possibility to progress to NVQ Level 3 in Sport Development (equivalent to 1 A-level).
